Christians should be very careful to criticize the threat of violence: at great, great cost our forefathers took that kind of power away from the catholic church. Many thousands were slaughtered in the process. In their societies, muslims still have the power to stone 'others' or kill them in a variety of other ways. In our societies, christians and jews use the socio-economic system to perpetuate injustices. Very sophisticated, but not as sophisticated as Hitchens et al. People are fed up.
