Holy shit that's exactly how i felt about skins when everyone was watching it. I've only started watching it these holidays cause my friend insisted i'd like it. This series is fucking awesome.

And I was wrong about every single character being a stereotype of today's teens. Each character is very different from the others. In future i'll try not to have so much prejudice.

When Skins came out and people started to watch it, I refused to watch it myself because I assumed it was the typical teen series where every single character is the stereotype of today's mainstream teenagers. But then one day I was with a friend and he was watching a Skins episode, and since I had nothing else to do at the moment, I decided to watch it with him and I loved it. Since then I started to watch it in my free time, and now it's one of my favorite TV series.
