Hey Martin, what is a good circuit for burning fat?

He martin i Love this exercise! At the moment im using it in a strenght circuit. U should try it once! 4 exercises 5 reps! No rest in between.
1: Benchpress (5 for max.)
2: Plyometric pushups (Chest touches ground, No bouncing!
3: 1 arm incline dumbell press ( go really deep)
4: Push up's on med ball (close to the ball and go deep!)
Try it ! and let me know what u think about it!
With this i do 220 on bench and 92 pound dumbell on 1 arm press.
