  • try the Lavazza super crema beans, you will get a lot more crema, first i used the starbucks beans and the result was like that, now i switch to lavazza and its really better

  • there are no Starbucks or Lavazza in my country. But China has them :-)

  • wat beans do u use?

  • I don't know. Got them at a kitchen shop. Brand name is "Crema - italian burn". Probably all arabica.

  • hey, I am thinking about getting one of those. Does it come with the double spout portafilter or just the stock one. Thanks for your time.

  • it comes with just the double spout

  • thats true ! not the "super crema " Lavazza crappy beans

  • @luongdung Bleh use quality espresso blend beans 3-15 days from roast kept in an airtight container in a dark place at room temperature and grind in a quality flat burr grinder just right before brewing.

  • @fpsoft1 so everybody should like it the way you like it ??

  • Not good. Put the grinder on 5 and/or tamp more.

  • i am on my third day caffeine free and i substitute my coffee with this kind of videos ^^

  • I prefer Folgers.

  • Beans ground too coarse. Shot turned blonde much too quickly.

  • nice!

  • Dude, I have a mirror setup.

Machine: Gaggia Deluxe (Less 3-way solenoid).

    Grinder MDF Setting: 4

Beans: Ladro Blend (Available in Seattle) One of the best espresso blends out there.

    Portafilter: Stock

Preparation: The top of the porta-filter with enough coffee, and level off excess. Tamp properly, but don't over do the tamp.

Perfect results: 25 secs, mouse tails, redish brown crema.

Perfect Test: Create an Americano, the crema still settles to the top of cup. What a beautiful cup.

  • Well, that's what I call an espresso cup, simply PERFECTO!!
