Very nice. Thinking of getting a PID Double Boiler model and definitely want to use a bottomless PF with it. I can't wait!

I just tried with 8 gr and it was a nice creamy and coppery color cup of ristretto, thanks for the info. Actually, I tamped with a cap of a plastic bottle LOL until I get a decent 41mm tamper ( it's going to be a little hard to get it here in the USA, most people like double shots). One more question, is your puck muddy, or dry like a oreo cookie?

That was a very nice shot. I just bought a LM single basket. How much coffee do you use? What kinf kind of tamper? I was reading some reviews about the LM, and some peple use a 40 mm tamper which it;s hard to find.

Hi, I use ~8gr of coffee in the LM single basket filling only the inner barrel, hence I need a 41mm tamper (the Concept Art model is about 40.8mm). Works pretty straight forward and reproducible for me. Cheers!
