Tata does own the company and from hereon there is a chance that the Range Rover will change slightly to suit its Asian parents and their future plans for the car. i.e. a bit more of a 'Bling' approach; less of a 'drivers' car and more of a 'driven by a driver' car as is the way in China. The quality will still be there until new updates come in, with BMW in charge quality has been of the very highest order, chances are that the current model is the best there will ever be.

I intend to have one!

@balzayed76 I am not playing with words...dont think i dont understand your point of view, its absolutly normal to feel the way you feel, i also was shocked when i found out that an indian company making cheap cars bought LR, but i am also flexible, and after i saw how well made the car is...i was surprised.

I dont want to remember LR history and see this company go down, LR and Jaguar are 2 companies that i wanna see make it.

but after all its ur opinion and u are free to buy what u like!

@balzayed76 TATA just finance them, they gave land rover money and helped with management and marketing...the company is still British, and Quality has been improved, i am more than sure that u didn't see one live. u wouldn't say anything about quality if u have seen it, believe me.

Not thesame quality? mate do oyu even know what youre talking about? its been more than 10 years since LR was owned by bimmer and then ford, now tata, tata is the one that has done the better job so far, just drive one of these and then make an opinion. its still english british based vehicle, tata knows if they change that, they wont even sell a screw that says LR.
