I don't really speak french but I'm assuming you're asking which terrorists I'm referring to? well India, Pakistani and the likes of those countries are breeding grounds for terrorists and because the US government is soooooooooooooo desperate to stump terror activities they're pouring billions into these nations to fight terrorism.
