Is so frustrating to me, like SERIUS, when i shoot and i get the front of the rim, i try to give my shot a higher arc, but i get ariballs, i don't what do to is toft, today i made like 3 of 30 or 40 shots freetrhows, i hope tomorrow remeber this tips and i make those shots.

@Denielgunz The usual problem here tis that you are not using your legs sufficiently to pwer the shot. Please check out our video "MAKE 3 POINTERS!!! Get Your Legs Into It!!" This will explain the how and why of using the legs when you shoot. Very important.

when i shoot a 3 pointer, my shooting hand is some kind of lose power when it goes up. my legs are okay but my shooting hand is the problem. any advice/solution coach?

@Enemy1011 We recommend that you check out video; "Basketball Shooting Release "Flop Finish." You want a soft release or "Flop" finish on your shot. The above mentioned video will explain the reason for this.

i had to make sure that my assist-hand isn't stopping the ball. if it was my assist-hand was stopping the ball

@creativsk8ing: Your Assist Hand will not stop the ball, but it can have a negative effect on where the ball goes and the type of rotation that you get. Review our video "The Assist Hand."
