How is no power a BAD thing? I love my 92 VW GTI because it does NOT have power windows... these are sporty cars, not Caddies. New VW's are stupid compared to pre 93's, I don't want all that crap that breaks in my car.

oh man..i remember when they use d to say that.."have you driven a ford lately" i havent heard that for a while lol. the escort gt looks just like a fox body mustang,just smaller.

I had an 88 GT and 89 LX SunSport loved them both. I loved these cars you could give it a real beating and they just kept going.. Ahhh Memories.. Wish I could find one cause I would so buy one that was in Mint condition

My buddy had one of these as his ride in 1992. At just 5 years old the car had a ton of problems.

Hardly ever see these anymore, and I can't remember when I last saw one that still had the original "GT" thing painted on it. I always thought that bit looked silly.

Good car though, very popular used car in the 90s.
