This is an elongated commercial variety from a restaurant in Phoenix. I took it back in 2005, not the best quality, but a great flush! This toilet was most likely from the late 70s or early 80s from the bowl and tank configuration and design.
What amazes me about circa 70's/80's toilets, especially American Standard, is they make a farting noise as they're being flushed. It's as if to remind you what you just did, or what you could have done. :-)
