Are you not supposed to cook the pork before you put them in the gyoza shells? Lol

@AlternativeRobbie Actually, no you don't cook the pork before you mix it with the cabbage and other ingredients. The minced pork is raw. You cook them - fry and then steam them long enough that they pork cooks. Of course, you want to make sure that you cook them thoroughly (therefore, don't use too high of heat or they will burn outside before the inside cooks).
