Does anyone know of a more involved work out with kettle balls, something that would include all the major muscle groups and take at least 30 minutes to complete? Thanks.

Tried this workout for the first time, finished in 13:44. I'm 64 years old and have worked out with weights and cardio for the past 30 years so this was a good workout but not long enough, and didn't cover enough muscle groups, i.e. biceps, triceps, etc.

Just did this workout again on Sunday and completed it in 18 minutes with 30lb KB. I will try for 15 mins this week.

I'm 60 years old and have been working with KBs with my trainer for about 18 months. I tried this workout with 30 lb KB yesterday. Was able to complete it in 22 minutes. I was really wasted when I was done. My glutes and hamstrings are screaming today! I will get down to 15 minutes before increasing weight.
Awesome workout!!!!!
Well done! Keep up the good work.

I just bought one of the Weider Powerbell's and the dvd wouldn't play. I'm trying to get a replacement, but also trying to find another workout dvd. I want the basics and to lose my gut. Do you have a dvd? I don't want to work out in the computer area.
Thanks.

what size kb should be used though?

This all depends on your strength and fitness level. Start with a light kettlebell 8kg for ladies, 12kg for men. If you find it easy then move up to the next weight.

Does it mean to say 10x squats or are you supposed to do 30 reps?
Thanks! :)
