Sincerely, I dont give a damn to what's happening in Africa, I care about what's happening in my country, my city, my family and friends. And this video shows exactly whats happening in it. I'm not black but dare to say I know what is like to be, at least where I live. To be fully accepted in our society you gotta look like a Barbie. Our media, commercials, products, movies, series... You see the same white perfect image and our children learn that that's what beautiful. It's heartbreaking.

These tests have been done over and over again, and the results are the same. This test has been given to all population groups, Blacks, Asians, Whites, and in all countries. Media bias has been factored out.

In all cases the children rate those babies with White skin and Caucasian features as being good and physically attractive compared to asians or blacks.

It all starts with the media! Disney movies never show black nice guys, all the princeses are white. Our media fills us with racist prejudices since we are little! Obviousy these children are old enough to have been influenced by the media. But if we did the same experiment on children who have never been influenced by it, they wouldnt chose the black or the white doll, both would be the same! we are born good, but society corrupts us.

Blond people with blue eyes were considered barbaric people from the North by Romans. They were Romans slaves.

@FreedomCloak I think european beauty is so different the majority of the worlds population looks the same brown skin, eyes and hair. the chinese have lighter skin but still, brown eyes, brown hair. europeans have red hair, blonde hair, black hair, brown hair. they have blue eyes, green eyes, grey eyes, brown eyes. There is more diversity in the white race.

Bottom line is: This is absolutely heartbreaking.

That any race, color, or creed would grow up with the mindset that what they look like defines their worth is so horrible.

I'm not a bleeding heart and actually far from it. But when a little boy points to a doll he has just declared to be bad and ugly, indicating it to be the "most like him", it breaks my heart.

I've witnessed this at age 9 and couldn't understand why this 13 yr old African American girl didn't believe she was beautiful.
