I have seen shadow ppl,and can honestly vouch that they are real.Your best defense against them is cats.Cats tend to frighten them away and alert you to their presence.

They're not shadow people for me. They're shadow creatures. Look like small rats or something. Sometimes I see shadow bugs crawling the walls as well. But I can't recall seeing a shadow person.

Thunder Strikes is exactly right. Not gonna lie I've seen these in my dreams and because i was so afraid I became paralyzed in their direct presence. It was like my negative emotion forced me to go towards it. Staying positive is how you stop it. You only empower them, thus you can only be as harmed as you allow them to harm you.

dude I feel the same way. then again Ive always left a light on since ive been scared of the dark since i was a little girl. which disproves the fact that my eyes were playing tricks on me in the darkness since i saw this thing in the light.
