I was the same way

I stopped usin them over a year ago..

And my nails still chip break and get white spots AND ITS BEEN A YEAR! get some good nail hardener!

that should help yu keep your nails healthy.

i knoooow! mines are like peeling at the tip..recently i've filed down the ones doing that and they seem to be growing back normal. but i'm using that sally hansen hard as nails for now until i can get some OPI nail envy..but yea so far so good. we'll see how they progress!

thank you!..aww another nail junkie!! lol you're just like how i used to be in the nail shop faithfully every 2 weeks.

lets see the first two pics were hella long...the bluish ones with the gold/pink/etc. were long...the pink fading into purple with the white design/rhinestones were long *they broke too :-(...the multicolored plain tips were super long...and i think thats it the rest were medium length or short.

girl I so can relate! I haven't gotten any false nails though since I think 2 yrs ago. However, it's very very very tempting lol especially when there's a freaking nail shop at almost every corner...smh...but I'm growing my natural nails now
