@QueenXofXSpades2 That is such a ridiculous comment. Its completely circular logic you regurgitated from Faux News or some other BS source. Guns being more scarce makes them harder to come by for everyone, even the criminals. Most guns that are used in crimes were obviously at one time legal.

Americans have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are simply too stupid to be trusted with firearms.

@socom117 Same here in Quebec, Canada. The whole thing about gun permit was supposed to cost 2 million dollars and at the end it costed 2 billion $. And probably the black market got bigger with guns here too.

Bill Maher never said he was against guns. I believe he is a gun owner himself. What he said was he didn't agree with threatening political opponents with death. I think that's what he said.

@DaMarlboroMan3 I'm not saying that they should cancel what they're doing. I'm not even saying that they can't comment on news items. But if they are going to do it, it has to be in a comedic fashion or not at all. It is perfectly clear that that was not a comedy bit at all. At no point in their tirade do they ever come close to being humorous in the slightest. THAT is where I take issue.

If you throw your hat into the ring of political discourse, then you invite strong criticism.

@xxFortunadoxx A lot of their comedy calls for them to comment on news events to make funny happen. It is improved almost all of the time. Just because one segment didn't have you laughing doesn't mean they should cancel that schtik forevor. Some of their best material is them trashing the news. Every time a lefty blathers on not making defendable points they aren't expected to take their ball and go home. I don't understand why a bunch of shock jocks would be expected to.

@xxFortunadoxx They bitch about scheduling all of the time. Big shot actors and directors get cancelled on or shift their own schedules fucking little guy appearances like AA. I don't find it farfetched at all that AA got bumped for any number of reasons. To them AA is nothing more than a bum shouting noise from a soap box which is why they just called him names. If everyone didn't comment on topics they weren't experts on there would be almost total silence in the media; not possible.
