  • same as 'zezbawoodle' do you do the whole thing through then repeat or do one exercise after each other?

  • @adamp1tchford No don't do the whole thing through, You could superset exercises 1 & 2 then 3 & 4 then 5 & 6 etc. eg. Superset 1: Dead Lifts & DB Flat Bench Press x 3 sets of 15 Reps -30 secs. rest.

  • Just a summary of exercises for anybody who want to copy paste into a word document for reference etc. 1) Deadlifts 2) DB Flat Bench Chest Press 3) Front Barbell Squat 4) Bentover Barbell Row 5) Standing Military Press 6) Front Plate Wood Choppers 7) Chin-ups 8) Dips 9) Back Extension 10) Reverse Incline Raises So use as a reference in the gym or whatever. Thanks Vince for a great workout
