I installed a wireless backup camera to my 2009 Honda Accord today. I got the VR3 VRBCS300W Wireless Back-Up Camera with 2.5" LCD Monitor from Pep Boys for $69.98 minus a $10 mail-in rebate.
The installation process took just over 30 minutes. Tools required were a scissor, electrical tape, pliers, flathead screwdriver, and phillips screwdriver.
Overall, I'm pleased with the result. I haven't decided where to place the monitor. I can either mount it on the dashboard, air vent, or on the sun visor.

@Falcon843 Hi Falcon! To do what you're asking, I'll have to run a wire under the door molding or under the floor board.
I personally wouldn't recommend it because having the video on at all times is be distracting. While driving around, I pick up video fees from local schools, stores, my neighbor's outdoor camera, and other wireless video devices.
I hope you liked the video. Please give it a thumbs up!

@MIKEY19900 is there a way to make the camera stay on at all times, not just while in reverse?

this monitor also picks up news media helicopter cameras in downlink mode as see on my page ,
enjoy my video and enjoy it in your city only if the helicopter is near you,
or adding a high gain antenna might be a good thing too for longer range , becareful while driving and viewing this cool view from a birds eye view in your vehicle
*no audio -> just video*
