Make your all programs menus, and actually ALL menus open FASTER than before. I am doing it on Windows XP Home Edition (and a GENUINE version! err!)...

but it dosen't work for me , so some of my friend told about reg in out registry cleaner, i have downloaded that,and run first i thought this will also not work, but after running i seen the results my win 7 is much faster, nearly it's look likes new win 7, u gyus can try this it will work for u

This does not make it "faster" windows has a window show delay because when you go over something there should be a delay in case you wanted to click on something else. I tried it its annoying. Every time i go to click my computer if i go over all programs for a split second i get that covering my screen and if the computer is still in the boot up phase I have to click on the desktop and basically do the same thing but have my mouse go around all programs and its a pain

I agree that SOME people would prefer it WITH the delay.
But many people find it useful, like me.
For me, it's not hard to choose what i want at all, and it's fast like i want it to be
