Dec 16 2006, Gary McHale & Mark Vandermaas being arrested for rallying in support of Caledonia resident Bo Chausse who was arrested on Dec 02, 2006 for attempting to hang a Canadian flag on a hydro pole on Argyle Street in Caledonia.

By examining this previously unreleased foogate first in slow motion, we see the OPP tear a Canadian flag out of Vandermaas's hands with enough force to break the aluminum flag pole in half.

Moments later we see Gary McHale standing on the shoulder of the road doing absolutely nothing in the seconds before he was arrested and held overnight for a supposed "breach of the peace"
