@TheHackerYouKnow Well I'd have to look for it first but I had a P folder I'm pretty sure with Wood shield or team I think.
I prefered my second folder though I had a twister (cyclone?) folder. Pretty standard using C blue blob things and area grab...and I'm not sure it's been too long. I'll message you it when I find it though.

@iamsasquatchjunior You have to have MegaMan Battlenetwork 3 Black version. Its a limitied quantity version of the game from japan. the wrist band you give to Mr. Famous once beating punk under 10 seconds and he'll reward with a 41th mega chip exclusive for MMBN3 Black

How do you get the punk chip? I got the wristband from the lottery and i've beat him under 20 seconds and still nothing :(

There's no way to get it except by cheating with a device like gameshark. I don't know if its true but the wristband either increase the power of the Punk chip or gives it extra commands and attacks.
