  • what kind of chickens are those that are shown at the very last of the video?

  • I love the garden areas!

  • Then you know what you're eating

  • I'm in kansas city, mo and i keep 2 chickens - I am soooo glad the city ordinance was changed to allow me the opportunity to do so. Love my chickens!!!

  • Nice video. I'm so happy Columbia approved the ordinance and I am currently planning my coop!

  • I love chickens and I only keep them as pets. I do only consume the fresh eggs. Others keep dogs and cats as pets but I keep chickens!

  • Good to know that Columbia, Missouri has done the right thing. My city does not allow hens unless your lot is a certain size...however, in Los Angeles hens are allowed regardless of lot size, just that their coop has to be 35 ft. from any dwelling. Thumbs up to the guy in the video who said chickens make great pets!

  • Thanks for sharing, I think schools should have a requirement to learn about sustainable living. I live in Florida on 2 plus acres, we have avocados and mangoes, and I just learned to make my own laundry detergent. I am not working right now and I want to learn as much as possible while I have all this time on my hands. Everyone seems so nice in the video.

  • fresh eggs are amazing. they are so different then store bought eggs that are only a few days old

  • You may know my uncle, probably not, but his name's Virgil and he has a bunch of chickens in Columbia too.
