  • You should keep your back flat on the bent over rows, it will work out better. arching your back like that isn't good form

  • I think you mean that I am rounding my back rather than arching it. I also think that you are referring to my lower back rather than my entire back. If both of those inferences are correct, why would keeping my lower back flat be better than rounding it? I am not using my lower back during bent over rows, so keeping it flat is a waste of energy and will most likely promote cheating. I suggest understanding the reasoning behind your beliefs before passing them on to someone else.

  • Thank you for the question. How you use it is up to you. You can use it as part of your warm up or as a finishing routine. If you want a quick workout, perform six sets with no more than one minute between sets.
