@cjjseven26 Easy for you to say, with the high testosterones I'm always hungry!!!

I have it all.

@Telishaiscool Try threading. If you can't learn to do it yourself, go to a salon that offers the service. You won't get any bumps or irritation other than a mild redness that does go away.

Thank you for posting and being so forthwright about your symptoms. I think I have pcos but have yet to be diagnosed. It's heartening to know that I'm not alone. I don't know anyone else who has these symptoms ( hair where it's not supposed to be and I've recently noticed the hair on my head is thinning ), and it's frustrating trying to explain what's going on to my family.

A really good video, thank you for sharing your experience and general information about PCOS. I recommend the soul cysters forum, these women tend have good information. Also I've had Acanthosis nigricans since I was a child, and I had the "wash your skin" comments.

Ladies...cutting down your carbohydrates will make pcos symptoms subside. Say no to sugars and grains. This is the soluion! Must make it a lifestyle change though. Once you return to a high carb diet pcos will return.

@turquoise20 oh hell, dont do that! its gonna make it worse!! laser hair removal... it IS expensive (85 euro per sitting) but it stays off for some years at least and should just look normal again (fingers crossed) xXx

@Telishaiscool SO right. I'm trying to stop shaving my chin. I've started plucking it once again, and using a hair removal cream.
I googled N-Acetyl Cysteine powder and found a blog where women said it can help with slowing down facial hair and help with PCOS.
Some female hormone balancers I have read about are black cohosh & red raspberry leaf tea.
