I used to live in north Philly as a kid and let me tell you its not all that bad. People exaggerate WAY to much. I live in the suburbs now, but North Philly is cool. So stop badmouthing it. Even though there is some pretty messed up stuff that happens there. I like Center City cause its alot safer. But still.

yo delirious dickhead, the hoods in philly are REALLY fucked up, the hoods in la are REALLY fucked up jus in different ways, in philly the houses, schools, parks, are the worst in the country the insides of those nice three story houses are fucked up because they havent been redone since world war one! heating is a problem for alot of ppl in philly, also in philly gangs dont hold power really, blocks, crews, sets, n squads do, in some ways thats a good or bad thing it depends how you cut it
