I plan on making a full set of tuts from heightmap all the way to making your maps accessible to others in-game.
Meh I wish I knew how to make the quality better... :/
This is my first time making tutorials, so I know these are far from professional. I just hope that maybe these will help those who are wanting to make maps and still have trouble with just the text tutorials.

how do you share your maps with your friends i cant figure out how to give them the map :( PLEASE ANSWER IM DESPERATE!

@warriorread13 If you've made the map and exported it. Next thing you need to do it put all the export files into a folder , along with a small read-me telling to unzip the folder, where to place the files and any extra info.

Once you have everything in the folder, right click and look for send to, put your mouse over that and it should have compressed (zipped) folder, click that. This makes it possible to send all the files at once.

@warriorread13 Then you would upload it to a file sharing site such as Mega-upload, U-sendit or Media-fire.

I personally use Media-Fire for my maps.

Then give the link to your friends, or post it on the FH forum and there you go people can download and see your maps. :3

Question, does this work for the program "Paint"? Cause i made a map, and in the game i typed in 'alpha terrain' i put (my maps name)Mask.png, and for the 'height map' i typed (my maps name)Terrain.png. It says 'can not find' what did i do wrong?
