Read books about it and still learning more and more of that valois time. I wish I could go back in time and see them getting on with their struggle for the throne. Love Virna Lisi as Catherine de Medici!!!

I Lost my 1st copy, bought another one, had happened to me 3 times, I also gave it away to a friend... that is how much I adore this film, I wasn't careless. just got lost.
Now I guard my DVD and I bought a download. This movie is magnificence in every aspect, Patrice Chéreau is one of the BEST! and of course Adjani

Lol Aslex49. C'est un film de 1994. Pour l'époque c'était une bande annonce plutôt normal. Les bandes annonces américaines ne devaient pas être trop différentes de celle-ci.
Tout vieillit, y compris les films les plus modernes qui sortent demain au cinéma.

Quel dommage qu'un si grand film soit représenté par une si mauvaise bande annonce,
on dit des Américains mais pour çà, ce sont vraiment les meilleurs.

La première fois que j'ai vu ce film, je devais avoir 11 ans. J'ai adoré mais pas compris l'essence du film. Puis, je l'ai revu encore et encore et encore. Un réel plaisir. Un pan de l'histoire dessiné d'une main de maître. Et que dire des acteurs!! Un film à voir...ou à revoir!!
