The guy dressed up as namie is Yamashita Shoon. He used to be a Johnny jr and He used to be in a group call ya-ya-yah. Sadly he and his brother left Johhny's Jr. ;( Shoon wherever you are, Please know your fans love you and we all wish you the best!

I think keito is dressed up like a kogal, a style who girls who are kinda tan but are in high school uniform. It was a bit popular in the 90's in japan. ^_^
