That's funny. You know a way to stop this? The way they used to do it in chicago, open up the abandoned housing dev district every Friday night for drag racing, and have a police officer there to monitor it and make sure that nobody is drinking or doing anything dangerous. True story, that's legit what they used to do.

its more dangerous now than it was in the 50s? LOL it was probably more dangerous durring the 50s because most cars from that era didnt even have seatbelts :p Its just more promenate now. News reporters and there inflation and falsification of statistics.
