That's crazy how this would go from target to sephora. Drugstore/grocery to highend makeup store. What a leap. And @amazedbiyew its not a scratch its called a swatch. A sample placed on the hand or paper or where ever to display the product better is a swatch.

In Boots (Britain, I live there) you can get a box of five of them for like £15 and I think it's half price at the moment. I have no idea about the sterling to dollars exchange rate but it's a good deal. ;)
