it's sad but truth

Tax is useless in the USA, since we spend it on useless wars. All roads are from the 1970's with lots of potholes and other faults. Health care isnt free, government doesnt really help the normal person in the US.
Tax however is used for infrastructure and law enforcement in Japan since they do not have a military other than a self defense force. The law enforcement is so successful in japan that a city having 3 crimes is considered alot. In the US having 1000 crimes isnt much.

It thought the tax to be useless first. However, it contributes to the disaster and the emergency medicine.
