How is that intake for street use? I'm building up a 350 for my s10, and my friends dad said he'd give me the same intake. I just want to know if its practical for a street machine, or if i should buy something else instead?

the holley strip dominator intake works very well on the street for my particular engine combination even using the 2" open hole spacer . i don't notice any issues at all and will easily pull from 3k rpm up to 72-7400rpm with no low rpm hesitation

    thanks for the compliment ....

i've got a 18lbs race weight fiberglass L88 hood right now but will switch to a race weight windshield length snorkle scoop that was popular in the 70's and this will allow me to run a hood when i put my T/ram back on !!!

Ya I love the old school style. Nice job !! What kind of hood you putting on her?? I remember well cruising the loop late 70s to early 80s and that was the best times. Then they shut it down shortly after a few screwed it up for the many. Just when we get are cars done the way we want em lol
