why do I always have to talk to tweedle dumb before talking to the real customer.Im sorry but that happens all the time to me.I"d say 90 % of the time whoever I ask whats the problem hasnt a clue what there talking about.

That's your Amana heat pump right? What year is it from? It looks an Amana Prestige 2.5-ton straight-cool unit I saw at foreclosed house in Atlanta once.
