@odmcarp hmm. An oversight frm my side. My experience:A tire manufacturer came up with a new series of motorcycle tires and massively advertised that the "scientifically designed" tire will provide more grip and I went for it. My mechanic, also a motor enthusiast warned me that the tire tread seemed to be designed more for the track than for everyday road conditions.The tire was very slippery under wet conditions. Lesson learnt: Settle for button tread tires for more traction.
