I would walk down the track to find the problem and correct it. (You can determine which track by what signals are off.)
I would report it and hold the gate up so vehicles could proceed.

I don't think so since that's pretty far away, most likely too far away to trigger the crossbucks.

0:41 Was that a train out in the distance?

now tht takes the funn outa watching all the cars sit there like retards and waiting lol i remember as a kid walking past the miss street crossing and it would go off for no apparent reason, lol thats ecorse nothing works right from the mayor on down, lmao not just the crossing signals are corrupt!
Were you able to shake the mast like you did at the Vinewood Ave. Malfunction (even though you didn't) to get the bell to temporarily ring?

No, I didn't shake this one. The bell has since been replaced with a General Signals Type 1 electronic bell.

Do electronic bells need adjustings?
And I can remember when I was little, all of the local crossings had all mechanical beells.

No, they do not need adjusted. If they quit, or don't sound properly, then you have to replace it because the circuit board would probably be shot.

I wonder why it malfunctioned? so did you and the maintainer fix the problem?

It malfunctioned because of the snow. It throws off the ballast, and can't figure out where a train would be located, so it activates the signals as a failsafe.
