''Did he call?'' a groggy voice asked.i dropped the magazine i was reading to see Maddie standing in the doorway of the bus' kitchen.''no,im sorry'' i said and she sighed and came to sit beside me.She groaned as she saw the page of the magazine i had been looking at,it was the Eclipse advertisment which just so happened to have Robert Pattinson,Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner on it.I flicked the magazine closed but there was another picture of Taylor and Maddie,in the mall we had been in a while back,with the caption 'Taylor,finally found love?'.''that editor has no idea how far off they are'' Maddie muttered and rested her head on the table.Seconds later my phone began to ring and Maddie's head swung to see me answer it,when she relised it wasnt her phone she just rose from her seat and began dragging her feet back to our bedroom.

''Hello?'' i said into the phone as i watched Maddie exit the room.''Hi,Natalie!'' Mandy said cheerily.''hey,Mandy'' i said trying to sound as hyped as her.''whats up,hun?'' the second she said it i remembered how much Maddie hated people calling each other 'hun' or 'babe' ''n-nothing much'' i stuttered.Should i tell her about me and Justin? ''well,life here is great now that Justin isnt in my life,there's no reporters outside my hous,magazines dont harass me in the streets,its great'' Despite how strong she was trying to hear,i could still hear the hurt in her voice.''really?'' i had to ask.''yeah,totally.'' She said in a flat tone.''So if Justin was to date someone else..'' i trailed off while biting my lip.''Justin's dating some else!?'' Mandy's voice began very urgent.''umm...'' what am i suppose to say? ''you would tell me if he was dating?wouldnt you,we're friends now'' She said in the same urgent voice.''yeah and he's not'' i said,trying to calm her.''oh,oh okay'' i could hear her give a breath of relief.''but,just out of curiosity,if he did have a girlfriend..what would you do?'' i asked not sure i wanted to hear the answer.''Natalie,please tell me if he does because all these questions are making me fret'' she said.''why would it make you fret?'' i asked.''we've bearly broken up and he could already be dating,it just means i was so easy to get over me thats why im fretting,it means that our relantionship is meaningless and it also means that girl has low self estem issues'' Mandy gave a small giggle at the end.''w-what does that mean,why would I,i mean she have low self esteem?'' i asked talking fast trying to cover up my mistake of saying 'I' ''well,this girl has to know Justin just came from a long term relantionship,seeing as he is Justin Bieber,hello,so this girl is happy being the rebound'' Mandy said and then quickly added.''if there is a girl'' she seemed paniced.''no,there isnt'' i said and then quickly ended the conversation before she could start a new one.I told Mandy i would call her soon,the closer we got to her home state the more eager she got for me to visit and hang out.
