After not being selected for the Great Britain Olympic team, David Beckham has been on fire, and here he scores a spectacular goal from 35 yards out to level the score for the LA Galaxy against the Portland Timbers in their match on July 14, 2012.

i do say football, but it doesnt bother me if people say soccer. its an english term (short for association football to distinguish it from rugby). people still said soccer in the UK plenty up until the 70s or so. there are even shows like soccer am in the uk
