Is it made of PVC or rusty pipe..? has me wondering due to the strength and low flex ..I tried 55mm diameter PVC and having flex problems...?

@harryshrubshall01 im sorry its taken so long to reply mate ive just noticed all your questions now, so
1. its metal piping with 2mm wall welded together,
2. PVC pipe will just not be able to cope with the load no matter how much you reinforce it it has to be steel and
3.may i suggest square steel tubing as it will help in the end with the alignment of the bearings

soon im building a pvc roller coaster and this well i started the pvc coaster and the left overs will go towards one of these

i dont get it ??? let me know how you go though ill help any way i can, ide also like to make a roller coaster with a ten metre drop off the roof of the house into a loop, but ive been thinking it out for years!
