@fantasyreflection no, he is in the processs of breaking it. So his tail will be standing upright. He just has it in a wrap because since he has those shameful pads on his front feet, his front end gets higher while his hind end is lower and he could possibly step on his tail.
hi sir. im jeremy from ms. i raise and train spotted walking horses. usually just my own. i have no negative remarks. he is a beautiful animal. there are many tricks and trys to unlevel(if i may) him. i had a stallion i could sit down but with alot of time and riding him with really heavy chains i was able to do it.

This horse will never make as a flat shod horse. If he is this lateral with a stack, he will be a camel without one.
