It's always good to see another version of one of my favorite Hendrix songs - but the date of this one stood out like a sore thumb - July 4, 1970 - my last night at Camp Eagle (where they put on a great fireworks display) before being transferred to the 3/187th Inf. - the Rakkassans - Jimi's old unit (from Germany). Still a great song.
