Sunset at Balas Biodiversity Park, Rajasthan, India

Balas is a small park about 1 hour's drive from the main Ranthambhore Natuional Park. The best time to go there is in the late afternoon. You go to the top of the high peak there and just chill out as you watch the fantastic sunset across the forest which stretches out for miles below you. If you go to stay at Ranthambhore ask your hotel manager about a trip out to watch the Balas sunset, its quite beautiful. It was a bit misty on my trip there but it still didnt detract from the experience.
