Of all the varying groups on YouTube I've seen do this song, this one's the best. It has the best overall sound and tempo. So many choirs drag it like a death march, but I'm glad you didn't.

Funny you should ask. One of our basses was supposed to do the burp. But as we approached the moment of truth, he clearly indicated that he wouldn't be able to. So, as conductor, I turned around and did my duty :-)
However, since I turned to the right and the camera was standing on the left, it's not very audible. It's there though if you listen closely and the audience clearly heard it, judging from their reaction at the time.
