  • Hi hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

My real problem is that i dont know what to do for abs, i mean, no matter how many abs exercises i do, i need to do a lot of cardio to lose the belly fat, right??, im not fat at all, but i have that layer of fat that dont let abs show very much, so how much cardio do you recommend me for each day?? 1 hour cardio? thanks man! ;)
