On Tuesday, March 23, Sen. Landrieu took to the Senate floor to respond to yet another misleading and disingenuous attack on the Louisiana FMAP fix contained in the recently passed Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Sen. McCain has continually mischaracterized the fix--which was requested by the entire Louisiana delegation and Republican Governor Bobby Jindal--despite repeated corrections following his previous erroneous floor statements.

  • damn she smacked McCain

  • I agree that it's a stunt. McCain is an idiot, and we have him to thank for Obama's presidency. However, I am not a fan of the whole Landrieu family, especially Mary. The Medicaid fix was requested by all of LA's delegation and Jindal, but they didn't want this health care bill passed. They'd all rather that Landrieu voted "No" on the health care bill, but she didn't. She took a deal that's going to put the state in an even worse position than it's already in. She just bought votes.

  • Great job, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! THANKS FOR THE VERACITY!!!!

  • Pwnt
