Man, I didn't know the germans still use the same socialist propaganda in their schools these days that caused WW II some 7 decades ago. Gotta love that, should tell my history professor bout that. hehe

@tubelev The Internet is a lovely source of information. After Austrians who believed in freedom had to flee persecution, they came o the US, and wrote about what freedom means. Read Mises.org. You won't learn about freedom on Fox or on any of our other TV stations. You do know that Hitler insisted on education being run by the state, don't you? Hmmm...why, like the church, would a tyrant need this?

@Tigelinus You demonstrate by your comments that you don't even understand the concept of freedom. I've seen the socialist propaganda in your schools. You probably weren't even taught about the worst slaughter of the 20th century. It was at the hands of the Soviets, due to their insistence that all property be collectively owned. Freedom is the right to keep your property, to choose your healthcare, to choose whether public schools indoctrinate your children.

@Tigelinus The Gini index measures the difference between wealthy and poor, and salary only (socialism is about unequal benefits, not money). Gini is not a good indicator, because if Bill Gates makes a dollar, I am not a dollar poorer. The issue is how poor are the poor? Do they have the ability to move up in life, or are they stuck where they are born?
