Fleet Week New York 2007

The USS Wasp, an amphibious assault helo and VTOL aircraft carrier, docked at Pier 90 in Manhattan in May 2007 to take part in Fleet Week. Five other warships also participated and were berthed on Staten Island for the weeklong event. This video was taken on the helicopter flight to the Wasp at sea and on the ship as she made her way into New York Harbor the following day.
