I opened a lantern battery. I found a lantern and a note from Xzibit.

This is great- I opened a lantern battery and found 32 car batteries inside mine. with the money that I saved on buying car batteries in the next 5 years I was able to buy a fake leather lounge suite

You dumbass, V=IR, and since the batteries are parallel to each other, the overall resistance is much less than the resistance if they were placed in series. And since the resistance is low, you get less voltage when you use the equation above. Trust me, I'm an engineer.

For the people who still didn't figure it out: Get some rechargeable batteries and a battery charger if you want to save money. Even if you just use them for your remote it does save you money in the long term. But I mostly recommend a charger when you use about 1 battery a month on average. There are even chargers that can charge aa and aaa so you don't need different chargers for those.

At the beginning, AA is not a brand, it is a size.

it has 4 (1.5v zînk-carbon) cells. You can take a cell and get the graphite rod out and cleaned up. If you know what is can be used for it's cheaper then buying brand new.
