also heres another tip when your doing your scorpian drop your chest and pull your leg it will look even prettier than how you are doing it now :) great job

Ohk so heres some pointers. When you luft that leg up lift it more like your peing on a fire hydrent. As if yu were a dog. And wrap it around. If your already flexible this will only make ur right arm sore for a couple of days. Other than that ur great better than mine atm

Woww!! you are really good. i learned how to do the scorpion not to long ago!! I can see my foot when i do it!! i do it for gymnastics though, not cheer.

@krazykimberley What I did was to do back stretches and doing the bridge helps me I do that before I do the scorpian and it helps for me to stretch out my back but definatly stretch before you do this. It helps greatly. Hopefully this helps :)

i can seam to reach my foot and ater i try it my back hearts :(
