You've already know about the sound problem. What you might try is just dubbing your voice over the video and also adding titles, captions, or subtitles along the bottom. That way you won't have to record the video all over again.

Basic level. No warming up in the first 2 minutes of the 7.
From the title, I was expecting some Standing Pilates. Instead this is simply a standard warmup for a standard matwork Pilates class.

I know, I made this video with a very basic camera and it's raining on a tin sounding roof so all in all makes a very poor sound quality! If I do another, I'll get someone who know's what their doing to record for me!!!
