Making Mary More Loved; Johann Roten, S.M.

Father Johann Roten, S.M., quietly helped build a living monument to Mary, the mother of Jesus, on the University of Dayton campus. The world-famous International Marian Research Institute stands as a labor of love — and a tribute to faith.

Fr. Roten, Director of the International Marian Research Institute/Marian Library, is a Marian scholar, writer and art aficionado who hails from Switzerland. He travels the world to deliver lectures on the study of Mary to lay and religious audiences. He's an internationally recognized expert on everything Mary — from apparitions to the Rosary, from art to her portrayal in popular films.
